Microsoft Entra ID – Admin Consent Steps

Application: Mayamay-console (Skillfit Microsoft SSO)

Prerequisites

You must be a Global Administrator, Cloud Application Administrator, or Application Administrator in the CoxHealth Microsoft Entra ID tenant.

Option 1: Approve via Admin Consent Prompt (Recommended)

  1. Sign in to the Microsoft Entra Admin Center: https://entra.microsoft.com
  2. Navigate to Identity → Applications → Enterprise applications
  3. Search for the application: Mayamay-console
  4. Select the application from the results
  5. Go to Security → Permissions
  6. Click Grant admin consent for CoxHealth and confirm

Option 2: Approve via Pending Admin Consent Requests

  1. Sign in to the Microsoft Entra Admin Center
  2. Navigate to Identity → Applications → Enterprise applications
  3. Select Admin consent requests
  4. Locate the request for Mayamay-console
  5. Review the requested permissions
  6. Click Approve

Requested Permissions (Least Privilege)

  1. openid – OpenID Connect authentication
  2. profile – Basic user profile information
  3. email – User email address
  4. User.Read – Read signed-in user profile

What the Application Can Access

  1. User display name
  2. User email address
  3. User’s unique Microsoft Entra ID

What the Application Cannot Access

  1. Mailbox, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, or Calendar data
  2. Directory-wide data
  3. Write, background, or offline access
